SUNTOUCH® Eye Spear is made of polyvinyl acetal sponge, can be attached to a high-density plastic handle. It is soft and plastic and can be cut into various shapes according to needs so that patients can feel comfortable.
Mechanism
PVA has a high water absorption rate, can quickly absorb fine exudate, thus effectively cleaning the surgical field, so that the operation is finer and more efficient.

Indications
SUNTOUCH® Eye Spear is designed to absorb fluids and remove debris from the operative field or instruments during ophthalmic surgery.
Contraindications
Patients with allergies to any of the components should refrain from using this product.
Directions
1. Check that the individual sterile protective pack is unopened and verify the expiry date.
2. Open the individual sterile protective pack aseptically.
3. Remove the Eye Spear aseptically and place it on the operating table.
4. Use the Eye Spear to absorb fluids and remove debris from the operative field or instruments during ophthalmic surgery.
5. Do not use at the dry state for refractive surgery ( Lasik, etc. )
6. Do not resterilize. At the end of the surgery, place the Eye Spear in disposable waste bags.
